Do you service walk-ins?

We aren’t a walk-in salon, as all appointments are booked in advance online to ensure a seamless experience. Our stylists are dedicated to providing full attention to each client, so they stay focused during appointments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are a cashless salon! We accept credit/debit cards, and digital payments such as Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.

Where are you located?

We are conveniently located next to Festival Foods in Verona, off W Verona Ave. Our salon backs up to the local prairie, and we have parking available for your convenience.

Do you accept gratuity?

We are a gratuity-free salon. This is why our prices are a bit higher, reflecting the true talent of our stylists and helping to elevate our industry as a whole. Most of our clients appreciate and enjoy the tip-less experience we provide.

Do you work with box dye hair color?

We generally shy away from working with box dye, as it's widely known as a quick-fix solution that doesn’t align with the professional standards of our stylists. If you’ve used box dye, we recommend scheduling a consultation. While we may explore options, we prioritize the health and quality of your hair, which can be challenging with box dye.

Are kids allowed in the salon?

For the comfort and safety of all our clients, children under 12 years old are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service and/or are accompanied by another adult.

Do you offer kids' haircuts?

Due to high demand, we only offer haircuts for school-age children if their parent is a current client.

Do you offer discounted pricing for kids' haircuts?

We do not offer discounted rates for children's haircuts. Our pricing reflects the time, attention, and care each haircut requires, regardless of age. Children often have as much hair as adults, so we provide the same level of service to ensure the best results.
