CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Our Commitment to Smooth Scheduling
We are happy to dedicate the requested time slot for you, and we ask that you also dedicate your time to us. Last-minute cancellations hurt our service providers, as they often may not be able to fill the reserved time slot.
To ensure optimal service for all our valued clients, we have implemented a no-exception 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please text us at 608-602-7602 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Many of our services require advance planning, and while we do our best to fill spots, even with a waitlist, last-minute changes are difficult to accommodate. Your understanding helps ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all.
Important Reminders:
All appointment reminders are a courtesy. Guests are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointment.
Contacting your stylist directly or messaging us through Instagram or social media does not count as canceling or rescheduling. You must text the salon at 608-602-7602 or use the reschedule link in your confirmation email to officially make changes.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a fee, even if rebooking with a different stylist.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a cancellation fee, as we may no longer have enough time to provide the service booked.
Within 24 Hours:
Cancelling within 24 hours? a 50% charge of the service cost, up to $100, would apply. We want to make sure we can accommodate everyone's needs.
Example: If the service is $45 and you cancel within the designated timeframe, the cancellation fee would be 50% of that, which is $22.50, up to our maximum of $100.
Late Cancellations (within 12 hours):
Unfortunately, if there's a late cancellation (within 12 hours), a 50% charge of the service total will apply. No-show cancellations without any notification may be subject to additional charges as outlined below.
No Shows / New Clients:
No showing an appointment or for New Clients result in a 75% charge of the full service cost.
We hold great respect for our stylists' time and uphold the standards of our industry with integrity and professionalism.
If you no-show a ‘New Client Complimentary Consultation’ appointment you may be charged a cancellation fee/ $25
Consultations:
Consultations are complimentary, but because they’re scheduled in short time blocks (15mins), we do ask that you arrive on time. If the appointment is missed or you're unable to arrive within the scheduled window, a $25 fee will be applied as we treat it like a missed appointment.
Declined Payment:
In the event of a declined card due to a cancellation, access to online booking will be temporarily restricted until payment is successfully processed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding the standards of our booking system and our salon's policies.
No Exceptions: This policy includes situations such as illness/Covid, weather (non-emergency), work conflicts, and unexpected personal conflicts.
Exemptions: Exemptions to the cancellation fees are limited to unforeseen circumstances such as car accidents, deaths in the family, or hospitalization.
Salon Weather Closure Policy
It's winter in Wisconsin, and you know what that means – snow! As you plan your visits, please be mindful of the weather conditions and factor in extra time for travel on snowy days.
In the event of a statewide or county-issued Snow/Weather emergency, as well as closures for the University of WI-Madison or the City of Madison transportation buses, we want you to feel secure. We will forgive the 24-hour cancellation fee.
However, if there isn't a state-wide or local declared weather emergency, and there are no university or city closures, our regular cancellation policy will still be enforced. Please plan accordingly for the weather and make adjustments as needed.

Return Policy
Once your purchase of hair care products is completed, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns, except in cases of clear defects in packaging or product. Please note that no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
Price Match Policy
As a small business, we do not offer price matching. We greatly appreciate your support in choosing to purchase through us, as it helps sustain our business and serves you and our other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
